Where does work on a new web project begin?

We conduct an interview with the customer. We discuss:

- what the website is needed for
- approximately what kind (website – visit, image, information, online store, etc.),
- the customer's niche (colleagues, competitors, etc.),
- target audience.

Based on the data received, a rough plan is drawn up: website structure, content, design, functionality, etc. We discuss all wishes, preferences, examples of other websites, any materials that the customer wants to use.

The main stages of website creation:

We define goals and set tasks;
We draw up technical specifications (TS);
We decide on the website design layout;
We layout;
We program;
We fill it with content;
We test;
We hand over the finished website, launch it on the Internet;
We train (with instructions) in working with the website control panel.

To place a website on the Internet, you need to register a domain name and pay for hosting. The customer can do this independently or we can do it for them. This type of service is negotiated and paid for separately, and does not depend on the work on the site itself. The web resource (finished project) is transferred to the customer along with logins and passwords to the management system.

The technical task is a document that is discussed and approved by the customer. The technical task must clearly state:

Expected functionality - structure, menu, languages, pages;
Main and auxiliary blocks, modules;
Color scheme;
Individual elements and their location.

It is advisable to look through other web resources and discuss what you liked and disliked about them. For a large project, the technical task is drawn up jointly and for a separate fee. It is discussed and edited until the customer gives consent and signs the document. Only after that does the project move to the creation stage.

* Creation of a website design layout. The design should be stylish, convenient, informative. The color scheme should be consistent with the logo and corporate style of the company.

* Programming - we design a personal CMS for a specific site. It is important to lay down the potential for possible expansion in advance: the number of levels in the menu, sections, functional blocks (news, feedback, photo/video gallery, registration, search and much more)

* Website layout with adaptation to different screen sizes, the finished design is translated into a working project.

* Content processing for posting on the site. For good indexing, the site must be filled with competent texts, which at the same time must be readable and interesting, so we order copywriting for the customer's texts. Images for site design are provided by the customer; or at the customer's request, we organize a special photo shoot; or the customer buys the photos he likes from a photo stock.

We test, place the designed site on the server, configure and launch the web resource. The finished site is accepted by the customer on the test site. Payment is made, and the site "moves" under its own name to the Internet. Upon completion of the work, the customer is given logins and passwords for access to the management system.

Additionally, the customer's site can be maintained by us, periodically updated (software and/or content).
